Itinerary

Day 01 : Kathmandu.

- Arrival at Kathmandu & Clear the immigration procedure. Get transferred to the hotel. Check in at the hotel at 1400 hrs & relax. Rest of the day at leisure at your own. Overnight stay at Kathmandu (Moonlight Hotel)

Day 02 : Kathmandu - Nagarkot

-Breakfast in hotel. Later proceed for Nagarkot. Nagarkot offers an excellent view of the Nepal Himalaya including Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu and Manaslu. It also has sweeping panoramas of the terraced hillsides so typical of Nepal. It is a popular place for sunrise and sunset views Overnight stay at Nagarkot (Sunshine hotel).

Day 03 : Nagarkot - Pokhara

-After breakfast in the hotel, check out from the hotel and drive to Pokhara.
Upon arrival at Pokhara, Check in at the hotel at 1400 hrs & relax
Overnight at the hotel. (Lake Star Hotel)

Day 04 : Pokhara
-After breakfast in the hotel, proceed for Half day sightseeing of Pokhara City including Bindhyavashini temple, Daviâs fall and Gupteshwar Cave & 01 hour boating on Phewa lake. Later return to the hotel & overnight at the hotel. (Lake Star Hotel)

Day 05 : Pokhara - Kathmandu
-After breakfast, check out from the hotel and get transferred to Kathmandu
Check in at the hotel. Later proceed for day city tour including visits to Kath-mandu Durbar Square, Kumari Ghar, Hanuman Dhoka, Gaddi Durbar,
Kasthamandap, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath etc.
Later return to the hotel and overnight. (Moonlight Hotel)

Day 06 : Kathmandu
After breakfast check out from the hotel and get transferred to airport to board the flight to your onward destinations

1. Above quotation is Nett in Malaysian Ringgit based on above Minimum Numbers of Pax (Cost per PAX) and Valid till / SUBJECT TO CHANGE (With or, Without Notice). Quotations ONLY include as above itinerary

2. Above rates subject to the hotel room availability and based on the Hotel Standard Check-in: 3:00pm and Check-out: 12:00noon

3. To determine group size for price bracket, Two (2) Children ( 02 - 12 yrs old ) will be counted as One Adult :-

·        01 Child (Twin Share) : 95% of Adult (Twin Share) rate sharing with 01 Adult

·        01 Child (With Bed) : 80% of Adult (Twin Share) rate sharing with 02 Adult

·        hild (No Bed) :  70% of Adult (Twin Share) rate sharing with 02 Adult

4. Deposit of RM 500 per pax and payable to :

5. Book, Confirmed & Cancelled Book, Confirmed & Cancelled :

·        Less than 30 days prior to group arrival date       : 30 % Tour Fare Quoted

·        Less than 20 Working Days                                : 50 % Tour Fare Quoted

·        Less than 10 Working Days or No Show              : Full Tour Fare Quoted

6. We do not hold any room reservation and they are subject to availability upon your confirmation with full rooming list.

7. Payment for Confirmed Group Booking:  

·        Full payment 4 weeks or 30 days prior to group arrival date

·        Less than 30 days         :  Requires 100% Payments

·        More than 30 days         :  Requires 50% down payments : MINIMUM 45 DAYS

·        Balance payments : MINIMUM 21 WORKING DAYS

Hotel Policy For Group Booking ( Beyond Our Control ) :  

If the 50% deposits is not received within the specified 30 – 45 days prior to group arrival date , the hotel have every rights to release all the rooms held with or without notice

8. Refund: After commencement of FIT-SIC and GIT Tour, no refund in part or thereof, will be made.

9. Meal(s): Unless otherwise specified in the itinerary, all meals (except breakfast) are based on normal tour group menu.

10. Departure Transfer: There will not be any departure transfer to be provided for any own extension stay
